First of all, when you come in to rent the place if you decide to rent it that day you get a discount, but they don't ever mention that to you. Then you will incur many problems when you move in. Nothing works - electrical outlets, the showers even fall apart, and the stains on the tubs are disgusting. It's the cheapest carpet (except int he model they show you), and the floors have these random dents and stains in them. How that happens I am not quite sure. Then when you complain about the break down of their appliances they wonder what YOU did - well nothing except pick an apartment that doesn't take care of their property. When you leave Millbrook they will charge you up the wazoo to fix things that should be classified under just normal aging of an apartment. They can actually charge you more than your security deposit if you don't have your apartment professionally cleaned before you exit - something I had never experienced before. I will never recommend this place to anyone, even my worst enemy. The staff will never lift a finger to help, and you're on your own which is not the reason you rent, you rent for the convenience.
