i have lived here over a year. neighbors are rude. mgmt stinks. place is built shoddily - and i hear they are trying to sell the place & convert to condos.
people are loud & disrespectful. no one says hello to anyone. there is noise 24/7 and never any quiet.
if the person above/below you smokes it enters your walls/floors, which is lovely.
they lure you in with "specials" and then jack the rent up after a year.
save yourself the drama & find a place on craigs list.

I agree with the comment He/Sh wrote. As where I am now in Brookdale apartment at Mark Center is not safe, its bad location and the people I mean the neighbors are rude---yes it is absolutely disrespectful. Sue they low your rent and then jack the rent after a year. I will be moving out when my lease is up. I would not recommend this place Brookdale apartment at Mark Center to anyone. You are absolutely right the neighbors are very RUDE. Also, you may get kill at night.

I do not know how else to say this, the employees are EXTREMELY HELPFUL! There is no way residents are writing these reviews! Complete and utter B.S. Come visit, you’ll see. Why don’t people sign their names to their reviews? It’s because they do not live here. marc

People don't sign their names just for the same reason you do. Clearly you are in the leasing office, and why would we want to divulge who we are when we have tried go through you all to fix things and you don't, and THEN you want us to post our complaints AGAIN with our names on here warning out future residents...please you all have the keys to our place, why would we do that??
