Well lets see where to start. The walls have no insulation which is not all that bad until people who like to run in their apartments move in. The gate is busted most of the time. The garbage is always overflowing and there have been rats and racoons even. The cabinets are so cheap the doors on two of them just fell of. They were put back on but crooked. The fact that the rent price was going up in addition to the lack of repairs on other parts of the property is a joke. Parking is to tight unless you pay extra for it. The local shopping center is not bad. When I moved in and was using the shuttle is went to both sides of the complex. Then they bought new trucks that leak like crazy in the rain and can't go to the one side because they are too big so if you want the shuttle you have to walk to the town square side of millbrook. We get nasty letters about trash even thought the compactor is broken quite often. This place has been going downhill ever since the sale from Mark Winkler.
