I am a resident of Millbrook apartments.

Parking is a nightmare.
-When you arrive home someone else will be parked in your reserved, assigned space.
-Cars with no parking decal park in the reserved, assigned spaces.
-People with adjacent parking spaces park in your space.
-Millbrook management and Mark Center management will not respond to your complaints.
-The highly boasted "towing contract" is not used.

This complex cannot legally be referred to as a "Gated Community".
-The gates are normally broken and wired open.
-People without a gate key sit at the gates and wait for someone else to go through and then follow them.
-People without a gate key sit at the gates and wait for someone to exit and go in the "out gate".
-The signs at the gates should read "Trespassers MIGHT BE Prosecuted" instead of "will be".

Buildings are poorly constructed.
-There are numerous large cracks in the ceiling.
-Countertops and bathtubs are separating from the walls.
-Walls are poorly insulated.
-Large, multi-window in bedroom is drafty in the winter and hot as an oven in the summer.

Maintenance is slow to respond.
-My air conditioning did not work until July after submitting 12 work requests to maintenance and to management.
-The one community trash compactor is regularly broken and trash is in huge unsightly piles around it.
