Most of these reviews too picky. First of all, the place is beautiful, well maintained and groomed landscaping, very clean. The trash compactor does get broken, but it is because of the misuse of the tenants...people don't compact it every time they send trash down the shoot, so it gets filled up with trash, then people try to compact it...which breaks the unit. Also, I have not noticed any horrific noise problems either, much less than what I'm used to. I agree that the "gate" is not so functional,, but being as we have not had any crime in this complex, I really don't care if it works or not. The maintenance staff has responded the same day as our requests, and we have called them several times for normal problems.

it's the point that it is advertised as a gated community and turns out not to be because the gates are always broken!!! And yes.. There is crime that takes place her. Maybe just because nothing has happened to you, you assume this!!!
