overpriced and NO SERVICE

I have continuously had maintenance problems and it's even taken a week for them to change a light bulb (with 9ft ceilings, I can't reach them. I've asked for a ladder and have been denied for liability reasons). It has also taken them over a month to fix a leak in the kitchen and over 2 weeks to fix a huge mildew problem in my bedroom. I have had MANY other problems that have taken over a week and multiple phone calls and emails to get the issue resolved. After service is attempted, I usually have to clean up or move the furniture back to its original location.
I've left messages for staff and reminders for service requests many times. It usually takes me over one attempt for me to have a service request to be completed. Also, the maintenance definition of complete is usually, "nothing wrong." Management has either assuaged my concerns with "we will do better" and has recently said "we can't do anything for you." I would stay away from this nice looking apartment and spend money elsewhere.
I have actually resorted to calling the regional manager and hopefully I'll be able to get these issues resolved.
