Millbrook at Mark Center

Cooking smells and noise From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006   We have lived here for a while. The insulation bettween appartments is poor but the view over the Mark Center preserve is excellent. Some unreasonable people grill on the balcony which is both a fire risk and fills our appartment with noxious fumes.
