The manager was nasty and abrasive, but has been replaced. The staff is nice, and pretty responsive to maintenance, though a little less so if the problem is complex (my washer kept filling up on its own - it required removing the washer, which they avoided doing, however, less complex stuff was done no later than the next day). Maintenance staff is very nice.
If you get a package requiring signature, the office will sign for it and hold it under lock and key - very nice.
Parking a adequate but not over abundant.
Although this is a gated community, the gate arrangement guarantees that unauthorized people can follow residents in.
All apartments come with an alarm, that can work as a burgler or intruder (no delay in activation, in the latter case).
The walls and ceilings are thin, as is typical of most new apartment construction.
Garbage and snow removal is done very well.
You must pay for a reserved parking space (those are under cover).
The elevators make moving in and out easier.
Security deposit was returned within 30 days.
