NOTE: TOWNHOMES HAVE NEW OWNERS, NOW CALLED TOWNSQUARE AT MILLBROOK.

The townhome model is ALL brick and is the ONLY all brick townhome in the complex. It undoubtedly must also be MUCH MUCH better insulated. This is important because it really cuts down on the noise outside when viewing. Most people like myself view the property during normal business hours when other occupants are at work and the residential traffic levels are nonexistent. This really presents the community as nice and quiet, don't be fooled by this. The unit I live in is so cheaply built that it sounds like you don't even have walls!! The window's used are basically inserts (much like storm windows)and have no insulating value. I have had several water leaks resulting in ceiling damage on lower levels, and have spoken to three other unit occupants that have had there ceilings collapse from water leaks. A couple of these leaks were caused by maintenance personnel according to the tenants. Pets are allowed but so many owners are TOO LAZY to pick up their animal droppings. You have feces everywhere!! If you complain you apparently go on the office feces list. Subsequent office/maintenance requests will go unanswered. There must be better places to live for the $$$.
