Let me be clear - some of the staff (bus drivers, grounds crew) are incredibly nice and competent. However, the office staff - for the entire time we've lived here, including before the selling of the property - are bloody idiots. Not only can they not answer simple questions (they say they have to consult the manager and will get back with you, but then never call you back with an answer), but they misplaced a package (a wedding present) of ours for over a month. They are rude, condescending, unhelpful, and infuriating. There is a laundry list of things tenants must do before moving out, and you supposedly can have your apartment inspected to make sure it meets their standards (so you won't be charged extra for carpets, walls, etc.), but we've been trying to schedule an inspection for 3 WEEKS - have called 3 times - and no one has ever come by. My husband stayed home from work one day waiting on someone to inspect the carpets and they never showed up, or even called. Definately not worth the rent, which is why we're moving (and half the units in our building are empty).

This says it all and is the truth, SO HELP ME GOD!! Moving trucks here daily and they all are moving out!!! My user name is from another post
