We lived at Millbrook for 2 years; our apartment was impeccable, the staff was great, the shuttle made commuting SUPER easy, the grounds were well maintained; you can submit a work order online if something doesn't work and they get to it in 24 hours. I have high standards but there was no need to debate when the time came to renew the lease after the first year. The pool and fitness center were very nice, neighbors were nice, no complaints really. I don't know why some people don't like it, you're going to get noise, etc in any apartment.

Anyone who has anything good to say about Millbrook has to work for the company that runs the place.

Maybe that was the case in the past but now, I cannot feel any more let down by the complex. This started just prior to the takeover and the uncertainty to anything.
Sadly, I took our trash out approx 1 week ago, only to find that it had built up so much, I had to place it at the base of the pile, approximately 10 feet from the compactor. The security isn't there by means of the gates being open 50% of the time, the staff aren't the most helpful. As you indicated, we USED to have maintenence come in within 24 hours. I've now waited 3 days for maintenence and they still haven't come. Is this all stemming from the divide between Phase I and Phase II??? You just have to wonder!

I agree that this posting must have been submitted by someone on the staff. The staff is completely incompetant and incredibly unprofessional. I have to emphasize this. The staff is incredibly unprofession and incompetant and have no respect for those who live here.
