The new owners will be selling each unit to individual owners. This explains why the office staff is so dysfunctional and nonresponsive to tenant requests. This place has totally gone to SH_T! To anyone who might consider buying one of these townhomes, as a resident, I would highly recommend you don't. They are constructed of the lowest quality materials and workmanship. I could give you a laundry list of problems and issues with my unit. An absolute joke, don't hurt yourself by buying here!!

Can you tell me where your info comes from? Is Town Square selling off apartments secretly? Because I haven't heard anything? I'd hate to think the apartment could be sold while I'm still living in it.
