Millbrook was once exceptional, after the "change" It doesnt even get a satisfactory in my view. Now these following reasons are not really due to the new management, but i believe they have helped contribute to the downfall.
Staff and Maintaince is like "deer in the headlight" takes them several, several times to get your problem fixed, even if its small, the Main Gate stays broken, trash compactor is a filthy and rodent infested area, where small children and pets could seriously get hurt or sick. The Apartments are poor contructed, ie, poor sound barrier between apartments, wood rot around porch collums and outside window molding, elevators, fire alarms always on the blink, sheetrock has very very visable seams in the walls, I could go on. I love how they call the weight room "State of the Art" and the pool isnt even big enough to talk about, and the grounds have tremendously suffered as well, Dont take my word, I could be a ticked off person for some reason, but honestly i'm not, I wanna try to save someone the heartache and headache ive endured, come Jan 2007 when my lease is up, Bye bye Millbrook
