While Millbrook townhomes is very becoming on the surface, I don't believe 25% of the residents would recomend it to others. If you are looking for the following criteria, then Millbrook is the place for you:
1. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unsympathetic office staff, who could care less about customer satisfaction.
2.Would like to have a list of repairs needed and never have them fixed unless you harrass the management office.
3.Horribly built causing your town/manor home to be freezing in the winter and hot in the summer. In addition, this causes a 50-100% spike in your gas and electric bill.
4.Prefer to live somewhere with water leaks and mildew. Typically caused by water heaters strategically installed on the second floor. Yes....the second floor.
5.If you'd truly enjoy the realxing sound of a waterfall inside your walls; every time you neighbor flushes there toliet.
6.Live somewhere that offers a Shuttle service, but refuse to assist you when their are transportation issue's. In addition, curse about how stupid the resident't are for not understanding that shuttle service is through a contract company and therefore WHY should they have to help YOU!
7.Would enjoy paying $2000.00 plus a month for all these wonderful amenities!
8.Did I mention the cheerful and very uninformed office staff''''

If you'd enjoy living somewhere that does not care about your concerns or inconviences, then this is the place for you!
