This apartment sucks.... The staff is decent, we havent had any negative experiences with them. On the other hand, if you get home after 9PM there are _NEVER_ any good parking spaces... They do a really iffy job of clearing the ice and snow from the parking lot. Weve been here for about 7 months and the fireplace has worked for one day.. There is animal feces all over the place, but we arent supposed to have pets, I am guessing this is coming from people in the townhouses. The gate is constantly broken. The apartments are spacious and nice, but definitely _not_ worth the rent. They are alot better than the apartments in the near vicinity, but are way over priced. The trash collection is a mess, between the broken compactor and garbage bin they had on Reading Ave.... if these apts were about 500/month cheaper they might be okay..
