Terrible Management

The apartment itself is decent enough. The units are in fairly good shape and the grounds crew keeps the outdoors looking nice. The insulation is very thin so expect large AC/Heating bills during those seasons.
My main complaint has to do the management. They just give me an icky feeling any time I have any dealings with them. An example is just today they posted a flyer on everyone's door stating that they will now be charging a fee for garbage left outside doors. Fair enough, I don't want to see that either, but reading further we see what they are charging: It literally says "$25 a bag." If you think you want to deal with people who would itemize individual bags of garbage...then this is the apartment for you! If you'd rather not deal with these types of people, save yourself some annoyance and rent across the street for cheaper.
