I was excited to be living in a gated community. This complex was chosen for me by my agency. When I drove up it looked very clean and well kept. Looks can be deceiving. The apt itself had other peoples' belongings in it when I moved in. The tub was filthy with a moldy shower curtain and weak water pressure and only warm water at that. There was dried toothpaste on the shelves in the medicine cabinet. As for the walls there were black scuff marks all over them and no curtains on one of the windows. The noise level is rediculous! You can here conversations with people above and beside you. The first week I was here there was a flood from the second floor down into my kitchen, and as for today.... there is an infestation of ants! The staf is hit or miss, sometimes you get one that woke up on the wrong side of the bed. When you need something fixed they do not tell you when anyone will be there so I hope you dont have plans that day, sit tight and wait. I KNOW I could have found better if I was apt hunting on my own. Do not live here!!
