Millbrook at Mark Center

Great place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived at Millbrook for 4 months now, sharing a loft apartment on the top floor with my partner. It is spacious, quiet, clean, and bright. They redid all the carpets and repainted the entire apartment before we moved in. The leasing office has always been more than helpful and maintenance has been superb. We had a knob in the kitchen break off and they fixed it the very next morning! A knob! It is in a great location, very safe, beautiful grounds, easy parking, and overall a wonderful choice. My only complaint was the it wasn't incredibly clean when I moved in - I had to wipe down all of the cabinets, bathroom, etc before it was clean enough for me. But then they don't charge a cleaning deposit, so previous residents probably aren't worried about leaving the place perfect.
