I've lived in NYC and Indianapolis and I must say that for the area, this place is pretty nice. I have only had extremely friendly interactions with the staff. Problems have been fixed quickly and while there ARE some scuff marks and definitely not new carpet, the place was clean when I moved in.

My neighbors are great - very quiet. I've only heard loud music once and it was a Sunday afternoon, so I couldn't get too annoyed. I do like the gated community. Moved there to feel a little safety, but since cars just slip in behind the people who have access, that is not really all that impressive. Hard to avoid, but as a single female... annoying. They DO have alarms though and for $15/month they can be monitored. I just like it for the noise that would go off. A plus, definitely.

Obviously, reviews and experiences are all relative. I may change my tune someday, but for right now, I'm very content.
