Does millbrook at mark center have roaches.. also, can one walk to the metro, or must one drive or take the shuttle.

I would like to find an affordable, spacious clean place... I'm just wondering if millbrook is for me.

You do have to use the shuttle to get to the metro - Pentagon City. I never used it but it looked nice enough, used by professional people from the Millbrook complex only. I lived at Millbrook for 2 years on the 1st floor and only saw one small roach ever. (My kitchen was kind of messy at the time - I cleaned it up quickly!) There were a few other bugs of the type you get on the first floor, little roly poly types but the place was far from infested. Overall it was clean but I moved out because of noise from upstairs. Get an apartment on the top floor, unless heat bothers you more than stomping, as I heard of complaints from people on the 4th floor about inadequate A/C.

I never saw a roach in three years at Millbrook. You do need to take the shuttle to the metro, but it must be pretty reliable - lot of residents take it every day.

Yes, there are several bug types. There are not many roaches, but several strange things. They never spray, but the bugs generally go away by winter.

No roaches. Water bugs from time to time. Strange bugs in the summer - these things look like something from the pre-historic era, but that's about it. Due to numerous other problems, I wouldn't recommend living here.
