I am moving out in January and I have decided to sue them after what they did to me and my newborn infant. This summer when she was born the air conditioning could not cool the apartment below 80 degrees. I called them many time but they were either unwilling on unable to fix it. This winter we have lost heat six times. Each time they promise to fix it and each time it breaks again. I agree with what everyone says about the trash. My husband and I correct the management each time we call them. When the answer the phone at the management office and say Millbrooke apartment we say "you mean garbage hill". We are even planning on sending them a postcard that says, Welcome to Garbage hill that has the pictures I have taken of the garbage out front. Anyway that is just my way of dealing with this. But to be honest, I am fed up. I got fed up after I found out that my air filter has never been changed since I moved in and that the air ducts have not been cleaned out and have mold in them. I found this out after my baby was sick as a result of it. So if you want to join my lawsuit, I am lawyer, it wont cost you a thing, I am a lawyer. Write to me at natozlato@yahoo.com

I would agree with this review for the most part. The maintenance department is completely understaffed for the amount of units they have to repair. A resident shouldn't have to call to have an air filter changed. (I call every 3 months because this is the standard.) As far as the air conditioning and heat goes, again, I would agree with this review. The thermostats don't work properly. If you have an apartment that includes a loft, the thermostat is upstairs in the loft. The insulation is so poor that in the summer, the sun heats the roof so much that the air conditioning never stops and the space never gets cool.
