Health Risk From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My wife and I have resided at MORNINGSIDE for one full year now. Our complaints range from the RATS to Drug Dealing. Since we moved in, I have called 911 about 10 times. I caught some wanna be thughs dealing dope in the laundry room, One night someone threw furniture out of the 3rd story apartment that almost hit me. SOME of our neighbors from a foreign land can't seem to figure out that leaving rotting garbage out in the common area and throwing leftover food out next to the playground will only make the RATS bigger and want to stay longer. We came across a strapping older gentlemen two nights ago that whipped out his wally right as my wife and I were coming up the walk way and wanted to start pissing on the building. HE was from Africa, and told me to mind my own business. I said some choice words, he didn't piss there. If the VA Health Dept. was called on this place, it would probably shut down. If I.N.S made a sweep through here, it would be a ghost town. Some apartments have 8-10 ppeople living in them(two-three bedrooms.) This place is a joke, the management is very sub-par, and maintenence, if your lucky. So, no, I don't recomend this place to anyone. It sucks, is nasty
