Simply Devine From: kadijah Date posted: 4/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   After reading some of the older reviews, I am skeptical if the people who wrote negatively didn't do anything to incite their problems. Perhaps they paid their rent late or were dissatisfied that someone complained about them. At any rate, I am truly happy with Mt. Vernon Square. Since new management took over it's been even better. My issues are resolved quickly and I actually get to speak to real live people who actually know what they are talking about, and it's peaceful!
