Pay More/Get Less From: azconsulting@cox.net Date posted: 7/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Been here a year almost one year....the good thing they did was replace doors and windows to help on energy efficiency; other than that, the apartment upkeep is miserable. Foyers/hallways need new carpeting; have had my storage area broken into twice; laundry area is horrid; security is lip service only. Nice fitness center if they could keep the riff-raff from stealing the "keys" to the treadmills, and damaging the equipment. Roaches are outrageous.......in spite of spraying. BTW --- rent is going up over 10%. Pay more..........get less -- I'm outa here.
