Any positive reviews are fakes from management. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response Read the response to "Horrible! Don't move here!" dated 4/17/07. The management for Mt. Vernon Square obviously monitors these sites and posts false positive reviews. I doubt the validity of any positive review for this place. These apartments are not "awesome", or 5 out of 5. The only good thing is the design of the floorplan of your apartment. We heard gunshots on our first night here. Life is too short. Pay a little more and live someplace safe and roach-free. If you insist on checking this place out, don't do it on a sunny Saturday. Observe the area at NIGHT from your parked car in one of the parking lots and see if you would want your family here. We will be evacuating shortly.
