I have lived here for a year and a half, and the past five months have been enough to cause me to plan to move when my lease is up. Maintenance generally does not stop by until at least a week after I call, and they NEVER fix what is wrong until their 2nd or 3rd visit. This guarantees that whatever is broken will stay that way for 2-4 weeks. At present, I am waiting for them to fix a closet door that I first called about in February. I went for almost a month with no dryer. And every time I would call management about the issue, I would get no response whatsoever. I even spoke with a manager directly and she promised to call me back--that was 2 weeks ago, and I have heard nothing. The are friendly, if you can ever get in touch with anyone.

I agree totally, the maintenance is bad and they have roaches. I too will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. They put me in a building that stinks and have animals. I work to hard to have to come home and battle these issues. Maintenance was coming into my apartment uninvited when ever they wanted to until we complainted and got our locks changed. Fed up and will not recomend this place to no one.
