| 08/30/2012 | NOT RECOMMENDED! I lived there for almost three years and the property expects the TENANT to pay for carpet cleanings each year! They are cheapskates who try to push of their costs on the tenant-you must provide receipt of such service! Also, one of the listed ammenities upon move in was the ability to use the party room for PARTIES. The property had the party room remodeled and then disallowed the tenants to utilize the room for parties, because they would "damage it".
