You are going to have problems if you move here. Whatever you do don't live near the entrance of the community. I live toward the back now and things are alot better back here. The neighbors are alot more friendly. I used to live on King Louis it was a nightmeare. They finally changed there exterminator. This one is alot better. They only changed the exterminator company after I called corporate about the massive size rats that lived in the stairs and at the dumpster. They starting chasing myself and the other tenants. We were all scared we were going to get bitten. That was over on Southland Avenue. King Louis is where all the roaches are. They gave us a security guy for a while but he sat in the same place all night. They fired him and hired noone in his place. They tried to get some cops to move in but the cops didn't stay. They thought it was too dangerous. Many of my neighbors ask me for help to get the office to help them fix their problems like leaky fridges. It appears to me they take advantage of immigrants who don't know there rights as tenants. They usually fix anything I ask them to becuase I know my rights and tell them what they will do! The foreign tenants have a large struggle to get anything done to their apartments. We had to transfer to another apartment once here. It was a nightmeare. The leasing office is completely incompetant. They could care less about you or anything else. I had to request more days off of work to move because they didn't have the apartment that we were to move into clean. I can't wait to move out. The property manager Kim has always worked with us. However, they should fire everyone in the leasing office and the receptionist needs to know what customer service attitude really is. I live in a remodeled unit. The new doors keep falling off the hinges and the handles are always loose.
