I lived in Orleans Village for 2 years next to the leasing office, the nicest are in the complex. The first few months was good after that everything was a nightmare. We had roaches, rats, and ants. Not to mention the loud music blaring at hours of the night. Spanish men yelling and drinking beer, cars broken into almost every weekend, and the problems with parking. The management was horrible, sending threatning letters to you about the rent when they are the one's that make the mistakes. The lifeguards don't even speak english, and you have to go through hell in the leasing office to get your pool pass. The people in the leasing office leave you on hold for an hour when you call and they make excuses when you have a problem that needs to be fixed. Then you have a gang problem, all the kids talk about it. I am warning you, do not move here, exspecially if you have children! Also I never received any part of my deposit back and they even billed me for unecessary items. I was just glad to leave, it would of been more of a hastle to take them to court.
