my roommate and i lived in orleans village for 2 1/2 months and it was the scariest experience of our lives....a week after we moved in someone tried repeatedly to break into our townhouse, when we finally called the police they told us to move out as soon as possible, it seems johan failed to mention the shooting in our back yard or the lack of security when we signed our lease...when we had our potential break in we were assured that security would be on site within the next two weeks, it's been 2 months, and we don't even have "rent a cops" w/ flashflights....one of my fantastic neighbors hit my car in our spacious and plentiful(sarcasm)parking lots and took off while our only nice,normal neighbor tried to stop him...when our townhouse reached 96 degrees on a hot day and we were unable to open our windows because of the !FIESTA! going on outside we were informed that we couldn't have air conditioning, but we could have a fan to circulate all the hot, nasty air, AWESOME...the office staff is extremely unorganized and adorned w/ visible tatoos and dollar store ponytails...all in all this place sucks, if you move in be prepared to be a hermit cause you will never want to venture outside your apartment...
