I just moved in and my experience was great. I'm not sure about all of those other reviews, but if any are true, Orleans Village has made a huge improvement. My leasing agent was so professional and sweet, and really paid attention to what my wants and needs were. Great place - I'm quite pleased!

Wait awhile! Their nice as hell at first, then when you have a complaint, nothing gets done about it.

REnting is like car shopping. The salesperson will be pleasant, professional, but when you decide to cancel the car deal or complain, the whole attitudes changes. BE AWARE WHEN APT> SHOPPING...the same principal applies
