No hot water at least 3 mornings a weeks. Rat infested landscape. Threatening neighbors, management has been informed and said nothing we can do. Third year in a row that a notice was sent on on the Friday before Memorial day stating that the pool would not open on time. This year they were noit sure if it would open at all. Something about a new managementbuilding/fitness facility to be built were the pool is. New tenants must have been the only one told of this to get there na,e on a lease. If you do move here, don't bring a stereo, the neighbors will provide the music all hours of the night. Mentioned this to management, "Nothing we can do." Parking is a mess. Visitors spaces are clearly marked but most of the spaces are used by tentants with parking stickers on their cars. But don't think about parking in a regular space with a visitor tag; it will cost you $80 and a trip to Springfield to get you car back. Three months left on my lease and I am out of here!!!!!

The "work-out" facility that was supposed to be built when I moved in, which was a year ago, is why the pool wasn't going to be opened. Parking is horrible, I agree. Management is a joke. No hot water is a common occurrence.
