I'm considering renting one of the 2 br townhouses here, and not sure how to take all these horrible reviews - I drove through most of the complex yesterday and things looked clean, did not see trash everywhere, rats, people blasting music, etc....Is there some time of day when everyone goes crazy that isn't immediately obvious'

The townhouses here looked pretty decent, but after reading all these reviews i'm very apprehensive about actually signing a lease....

EDIT: and as it turns out, I won't be. Found a very nice community elsewhere that we wouldn't have been searching for if I hadn't read the reviews here. Thanks to all.

I thought the same thing, I was shown a "Model" apartment, come to find out the apartment I actually moved into was infested with roaches amoung other problems. (There were even roaches painted into the walls and melted into the dryer) After calling the management for 2 weeks straight with misunderstanding after misunderstanding I still had roaches, and no one to spray for them. I moved out. I only lived there for 2 weeks total. Try Foxchase, just down the street, great maintenance, no bugs. A couple hundred more but well worth it.

The entire complex is not as bad as the reviews say. Our apartment is quite nice - small and cozy, tidy landscaping, responsive maintenance. We're up near the front, however, where the folks seem nicer.
