Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Do not move there. You will never be able to sleep or have a moment of peace and quiet. There was severe water damage a long time ago that was never fixed on the floors above you (your ceiling) and that means the floors creek and moan every time the four people above you move in their ONE bedroom. Trust me...I see rent is 1045, haha...don't do it!!!
