Where to start...I've lived here two years and now the rent is raising two hundred dollars if I want to renew for a third year. Last weekend the police were here in the middle of the night searching for a shooter in some type of assult. I have talked to the police many times and they keep telling me to move out because of the types of crime that happen in this neighborhood. The good news is that if you like company, there are always kids doing drugs in the back of the building. They say that they have a doggie park, but the fence is all messed up so the dogs run loose. The Parking can suck depending on where you live. They had to fix something in the bathroom and then they ruined the tub so they had to have people come out and reglaze the tub and I got put out for 24 hours at my own expense. The door got beat in and they were suppossed to replace it, instead they patched it with spackel and it looks ------. We have bugs in the summertime. The stove needed to be replaced, so instead they replaced parts to make it seem like new but the stove top is a different color, the door has got someone elses cooking filth all over it, and the trim was sharp and I accidently cut my hand on the corner of the new trim.
