First, people need to pay a little more in this area if they want to live first class style!!! Saying, "I pay $1000 and expect more" is pointless in this area, move to South Dakota or something.

It's in a convenient location to DC, MD, and VA,. The property is kept up pretty well, beautiful in the summer. Yes, I have had cockroach experiences, but there are not that many b/c I keep MY apartment clean, so they just dont come out all day every day. Parking is tight, but not being able to park right in front of your door is not going to kill you...walk some spaces over. Maintenance response is pretty good, and the cleaners try to keep the bldgs clean. It's triflin people that mess it up! Security aint worth a damn, but they do their job if their job is driving around with their seats back. Overall, pretty good for the money, but like any lower paying apartment you will have your issues.
