I've been a resident at Orleans Village for 2 years in June. This place is absolutely terrible. The grounds are unsafe, I find broken beer bottles all the time. There are two gangs here at least, MS-13 and Latin Kings. They put graffiti all over the kid's playground and hang out there cursing and smoking. I can't let my 5 year old play outside. The management does nothing and tells us to "call the police". You can't get a decent nights sleep ever, there are parties all of the time. Rules and regulations are for show, they definitely aren't enforced. Many illegal aliens live here and are often 2 families per 2 bedroom townhome. For the prices you pay, this is NOT WORTH IT. I don't feel safe, and the "security" is NON-EXISTANT. No one ever walks around to enforce any rules, the parents let their kids run around outside like animals and I'm the "mother" to the entire neighborhood. The dumpsters are always full, there are rats and cockroaches galore. The maintence crew is sloppy and few speak english so if you try to ask them why they're placing toilet sealant on your air conditioner, they give you an attitude because they don't understand what you say. I rate this place a -10 on a scale of 1-10 and can't wait to get out of here. Military members: STAY AWAY, THIS PLACE IS NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY.
