Hello I moved into Orleans Village in Jan. One Sunday Evening I was walking home. Its a path that goes up through the community. On that path the light is out and its still out now. Two spanish kids were walking towards me. I thought they were being gentlemen and parting so I could walk through. One of the guys told me to give him my purse and if I didnt he would stab me. He put the knife on my stomach. I told him I didnt have any money. He snatched my purse and ran. I was fighting for it. I called the police they said be careful because there are a lot of want to be gang members that live out here. Fu^& all you bastards. Alos when I moved here they were currently having a promotion the second month's rent would be free. So my roommate and I agreed to move in only beacuse the 2nd month's rent would be free. So Everything is nice and fun. On the 2nd month I recieved a leter in the mail saying to pay or quit. So we go to the rental office and talk to the leasing consultant. She tells us that the pomotion was divided between the 12 months. Major problem ok. 1st we only moved in because of the so called promotion to save money. Second we ask could we see our lease they tell us they dont have it its not ready yet. Keep in mind that its the law that you recieve your lease in 30 days. Now its the 2nd monh and we still have not recieved our lease and they are taking us to court. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
