horrible

I have lived in Orleans Village for 2 years and have had too many problems over that timeframe. Where do I start...
1. The management staff is incompetent.
One person will tell you one thing and another peson will completely tell you a different thing. It will take you eight hundred years to accomplish anything with them, because they tell you different things every time you go to them. For example, it took me 3 MONTHS to get my lease renewed with them because apparently noone knew how to renew a lease. They kept telling me different procedures to go through each time I spoke with them and then it took them an additional month to get the property manager to put his signature on it. The staff likes to lie a whole lot, too. Oh, and they never believe your complaints and try to act like your making ---- up.
2. The management staff is rude.
The management staff realize how crappy the complex is and is rude to everyone because all they do is get complaints all day. They also openly admit they have a crappy complex and provides no solutions to problems.
3. Residents are retarded.
Everyone is noisy. They like to sit on their patios drinking and listening to loud music. The men in the community are all jerks and are very disrespectful to women. There is also criminals in the community which have stolen from me and others. There is also cops like everyday in the community arresting someone. Most residents drive really crappy noisy cars that they break the lease by storing them or doing repairs on them in the community. They also drive huge trucks and commercial vans for work that they take up a million spots with and have ladders shooting out from every angle. Their car alarms go off every five minutes as well. Kids are every where and like to play in the parking lots.
4. Parking is sparse.
There is limited visitor parking and residents steal passes. You are only allowed one visitor pass per resident and people have a million randos living in their places. Therefore, they jack passes from people that need them (it costs a $150 to replace them). Cars stay in the same visitor spots for months and no matter how much you report them they are never towed (even when staff tells you a million times that they called the towing company). People store their crappy inoperable cars as well. The towing company also tows cars for no reasons and the staff refuses to reimburse you.
5. Construction and maintenance sucks.
The apartments have crappy repairs done and it takes a month to get a service request filled. My toothbrush holder that was attached to the wall just broke off with a light touch within several days of me moving in. Sometimes you have to put in several requests before it is fixed. They also seem to shut the water off a whole lot for repairs.
6. Bugs
Many apartments have a bug problem (roaches).
7. Pool
The pool is being remodeled but when it was open, it wasn't even worth it. It takes them a million years to give you the crappy little pool pass and then it costs you 5 dollars per guest. Most of the people at the pool you wouldn't want to be around...especially in a bathing suit.
8. Safety
There has been alot of crime in the area and the lighting is horrible. There is the potential to be a well-lighted community, but they never change burned out light bulbs even when told to.
