Let's start with this:
1.There is no management-The new management....My job is working with management companies, but what I've seen at Orleans Village cannot be seen anywhere.The new office could mislead you and make you think of it as a nice place.The manager himself does not respond to anything.
"It's your problem", "It can't be done", "I can't help you".
2.Towing-I live there since 2006.You can barely find a parking spotMy car and my wife's cars have been towed 9 times for different reasons(of course property fault)Why would I get towed in front of my house'
You'll never get money back no matter whose fault is it.YOU'LL GET TOWED EVEN AS A RESIDENT!!!!
3.No maintenance-My sink still leaks since February.Stuff brake in your hands all the time.But they cut the grass!
4.All kind of bugs-If Animal Planet come to the property, new species could be discovered!
5.NOISE!!!!-In front of the door there are 30 kids left all day screaming kicking "playing" around.And you don't need a stereo-Neighbours will help.
5.Security-It seems that a security car, police car, and tow truck are moving around all night, but here are the facts-My car was broke into 2 times total $1600(Police will ask you over the phone for your info and the place of robbery and will never come because they are too busy giving tickets for light bulbs, tint or seat belt when you are entering the property coming back tired from work and 1 hour in traffic.They need to make money too not only the tow trucks, right')My roommate only once, my wife once and I know about a bunch of neighbours sharing my fate.
