This place is discusting. There are roaches everywhere, not a day goes by that I dont have to kill a roach. Neighbours for the most part are rude and very loud. In the last year I have had to call the police department over a dozen times to break up a party at 4am in the morning. There is mildew inside every ac/heater vent in every room. Your car WILL be dinged scratched and towed. I even had the pleasure of somebody totalling my rental car without leaving a notice. Trash bins are always overflowing. On Fridays and Saturday there are always extremely loud noises. From people just partying to beer bottles being smashed to cars burning tires. There is also never any parking here. Management parks their golf carts on the street parking or on the resident parking as if on purpose. Management in general is very rude and impossible to get in touch with. To get any sort of maintenance done is an impossible task. ALL of our standard appliances have been fixed in the last year. The walls have numerous cracks at stress points and the washer/dryer NEVER WORKS, EVER!!!!!! This is also a very high crime area, just recently there has been a kidnapped child, prior to that, shotting, prior to that stabbing ect ect. Personally I have a 12 gauge by my bed side and a 9mm that is with me at all times, but wait I am not the only one, I have seen several other residents open carry a hand gun. One day coming back from the gym late at night, I was approached by a drunk hispanic that kept trying to enter my vehicle by repeteadly pulling on my car handle because he was drunk and he told me that he FORGOT where he lives, he left me alone after I had to stick a gun in his face. I got fairly lucky with my neighbours however I have 7, yes 7 illegal residents living across the hall that constantly enter/leave the apartment.I havent had a day off where I woke up naturally without someone elso doing for me. Thank god I am moving out in months. Any place but here.
