We have been living here for 2 and a half years and we are done. Your neighbors will steal you laundry detergent, ding your car in the lot, and not once ever say hello. The only thing management cares about is getting money. They do not resolve much of anything unless you harass them or write them a nasty email. We have never been late making rent except for the time that the front office lost our check. If you can stand a lot of bull this is the place for you. If you do move in, get a third floor apartment and try to learn how to walk on air because your neighbors will bang on the ceiling if you fart too loud. Also, you will be able to hear their loud music with the small bass line all day and all night. We can smell cigarettes from the vent in our bathroom. The buildings are old and walls on the interior are cracking. The only reason we have stayed is because we have managed to have the cheaper rate of rent when we first moved in. If the rent had increased we would have left long ago. Good luck.
