I have lived here for almost a year and I'm so desperate to get out that I'm paying through the end of my lease and moving out earlier. When we moved in, my car got towed (FROM A NORMAL PARKING SPOT) so my finonce had to go to the management office and complain. They didn't have any remorse, sympathy, etc. etc. which infuriated us even more. One of employees got in my fionces face and my fionce went off. They had the nerve to try to get a restraining order on him, after THEY threatened us. The roach problem is OUT OF CONTROL. No matter what you do, they will not GO AWAY. The cops are at the neighbors house atleast once a week. The walls are paper thin. The new management is ok if you don't mind NEVER SEEING/TALKING TO them. The new manager Yohan just doesnt come to work. The rest of the staff makes promises that are not kept. If you want someone to call you back, GOOD LUCK cause its NOT happening. There's grsffitti on the wall that says Fu*$ OFF thats been there since we moved in. The balcony of our neighbor flooded and its been a dump for the past 6 months. The window was smashed out in the entrance way and the residents had to clean it up. It has not been replaced for the past month. For some strange reason, people love to hit your car while its parked and not leave a note. They just drive off. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if you have children or plan on it, DONT LET THEM GO OUTSIDE!!!! The kids you see playing may look innocent but they know more foul language then I do!!!! I could go on and on and on. But please, look other places. TRUST ME
