We have lived here for over 3 years. When we first went to the leasing office they showed us a beautiful model. What we got when we moved in was a dump. There is mold all over the bathrooms. The electrical outlets are above the mirrors in the bathrrom. So you cannot reach them. The carpet was about 10 years old. Not cleaned with huge stains..The lease manager told me to buy an area rug to cover the stains. The walls were not painted and what was painted had about 30 years of overcoats on it. There were run lines everywhere. My kitchen appliances are all well over 20 years old. You can clean and clean and the place still looks dirty. The water is rust colored. They will not fix anything. The cars are broken into on a regualr basis and if you do not speak Spanish forget it you are the minority in this place. There are drunks everywhere and No one watches thier kids. 2 year olds are out til midnight roaming around. Management will not work with you on anything. They just want there money and they want it now. I would never move here again EVER !!! This place is a complete DUMP !!!! The Fairfax police are always here and they even told me to move out. This place is that bad.

Absolutely agree. We have stopped reporting issues because management does not care. I at least see the light at the end of the tunnel and am moving in three months. Only move here if you are learning to deal with major life stress cause that is all you will get. I hate this place and will be grateful when I never have to return.

We are leaving in 2 months. Did you know there was a huge drug bust this weekend by the fairfax police dept. MS13 gang members were selling drugs out of the laundry rooms to kids. There was also a bust earlier this year where there was pot being grown in apts and there were guns found with small children living in the apt. The regional Manager assured me that there would be a meeting with the police dept and the renters. This was over 8 months ago. All she does is give you lip service. She has never kept a promise in the 3 years I have been here. Tequest needs to be fired. I dont know why they keep her she is completley worthless. If I ran a company and had a manager with as many complaints against her. I would wake up and smell the coffee. Maybe the probelm isnt the renters it is the people in charge of the property. She lies and makes up stories to whatever is to her benefit. She knows this place is a dump but does nothing to improve it. She doesnt live on the property. Most of them dont that work here. They know how bad it is. Her own employees were ripping off the place and not paying rent. They have cleaned house so many times it is a joke. But they still keep the main problem. Absolutly amazing to me. If I was a Regional VP she would have been gone along time ago. People in the property managemnet field that are thier peers speak poorly of them and say not to trust them. There is also a huge problem with tagging by the rival gangs MS13 and the Latin Kings. Such a lovely thing to wake up to every morning. As well as homeless people living in the laundry rooms. I have reported incidents tell I am blue in the face and management does not care. I also told Tequest about this website and she blew me off saying. It didnt matter what was said on this site. As the people that were reporting it did not matter as they were just a bunch of complainers. I hope someone does start to pay attention to the things written on here and maybe future renters will have a chance.

Its funny how the poster of "Do Not Move Here" has lived at the property for three years. If they were not happy, why did not move out after there first year, I think each lease is only for 12 months. Sorry, you make no sense. Great Property, has a dog park, gym and pool. I have been at the community since 1991 and love it.

I agree with you as1983, I am not understanding the folks who have lived here for YEARS, yet they say they had problems since day 1.... HUH?
