I first moved in here in March '05. There was a female manager (don't remeber her name) and she was the best they had. Since then, each manager (4 in all) has gotten worst. The manager they have now puts up a good front but he will smile in your face and stab you in the back when you turn around. Want a list, here is my four top'

1- They don't answer phone calls or e-mails at the main office!
2- Complaints and messages left with office staff get filed in the trash.
3- Only two of the maintenance staff work, the rest live here and you hardle see them working.
4- They treat everyone like they are about to complain, attitudes off the charts

Now let's talk about living here. When I moved in, it was a mixed, multicultured neighborhood. I was good. Now, it's mostly hispanic, which is not the bad part, but in most of the houses, there are groups of illegals living there! For example, in the area I live, there are three homes that have about 7 men, a women and children. two may speak english, you see a nice couple move in then a few days later, there is a group of people living there.

I see good families, black, white, hispanic, moving out every weekend and illegals moving in. Even that I can tolerate but they illegel men hang out in groups, drinking cases of beer, yelling and harasing the women that walk by, even the minor girls.

Lights are broken, by the residents, around the childrens park so they can hang out and drink. The doors to the storage rooms are kicked open so they can hang out. The doors to the back of the laudry rooms, where the sump pumps are located, are also kicked open. You see men smoking and drinking and urinating in these laundry rooms.
The one thing I notived is when I did complain about the storage rooms being open and dangerous, they placed a lock on one, and he illegals kicked it open the same night!

Now, I pay my rent, as usual. I decided to complain and now I get a notice stating to pay $600.00 dollars in 5 days or get out. They say its for under paying the water bill....get it, not paying, but UNDER paying. I called, told them I would arrange to pay and was told "it was too late". What a joke! I have the money too pay the bill but this is about princible. Get this, they won't even give me a breakdown of how this happend'

I am really looking forward to my court date and making a fool of them. I also plan on counter sueing for harasment after the court date. I am also filing a complaint with the state. I have been trying to reach someone with sense so I tried to reach the regional managers but not having any luck there.

Until new management takes over, and it will soon, stay away.
