Parcview Apartments

Disappointed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Ok in the beginning it was nice cute design, apartments are too small. Some people are nasty, leaving trash in the hallways and on the floor in the trash room which has caused roaches!!! In the beginning that was a perk I did not see any roaches now after 10 months I have noticed roaches in the hallway crawling on the carpet and on the walls, into apartments. I am now fighting roaches!! Not to mention Dog @$#$ in the lobby one night which made me gag upon entering the building!! Elevator is down frequently, staff is ok. There is a new manager now not really sure about him! Basically it is the nasty residence that ruin it for everyone!!! Last but not least elevators always smell like sweat and urine, hold your breath until you get to your floor!!!
