Well i dont know what all these bad reviews are about. I have lived at Parcview now for a year in april. I am going to stay another year or two. The pool is nice and quiet, the best place for my family to hang out and relax. The children in the neighborhood are very respectful and well mannered.

Yes the doors are thin and the walls are cement but so what buy some ancors and put up nice pictures. The only time you can hear other's is if you are wanting to listen. I usually hear yelling when in the living room not my other rooms in the house.

Maintinence is WONDERFUL... I had 5 different things i wanted fixed my heater,lights,phone buzzer,and hot water heater all were fixed in a total of 2 hours... when does that happen not very often usually but you can expect the best from Parcview.

Being late with rent is not a hassle either, the management is very understanding and will usually give you a few days or week or so until you are charged a late fee.

Parking never a hassle.. one sticker and visitors pass. However you better have one of these on the car because the tow will be there anytime after 6pm.

I am 20 yrs old and feel very safe going to do my laundry or walking to my car in the middle of the night. Cameras on the elevators and in the parking lots plus all around the entrances. One other great thing is that now one of the side doors can be opened by our laundry room key incase we have misplaced our entry card for the front secured door.

Well in closing i would say this is a great place to live alone or with a small family.

My guess is that this review isn't from a tenant, but from the staff. Anyone who tries to diminish the value of a bad review, probably has an agenda. Why would someone start off with "Well i dont know what all these bad reviews are about." ?? A bad act if you ask me.
