After 4 years, I am seriously considering a move. Between the horid color scheme that some low quality designer put together (purple and yellow) and the inadequate elavators that are broke down more than they are up, then there is the the electric that goes out on a regular basis which the management takes no responsibility for, largely due to the fact they do not have to live here. Parking should not be a problem but is as there is no assigned parking with most of the neighborhood parking there. When the towing company that has been contracted comes, they pull away legitimate guests and residence cars and leave the unauthorized cars sitting. Paint is nothing more than liquid chalk. Noise levels in the halls and stairwells is tolerable but could be better. They have a pool, but I have not been able to enjoy swimming in it in the 4 years I've lived there largely due to the unreasonable hours that it is open. The only persons to use it are non-working persons and building staff. The rate of rent increases each and every year have no bearing what so ever to improvements. Although it was leased as a one bedroom, it's size is comparable to an efficiency.
