I made one of the earlier posts here concerning these apartments. I am not an employee by any means. I really like this apartment complex. Compared to the other apartments that we looked at in the area ( which would be over 10 others), there is no question we made the right decision. The noise levels are really low compared to most places we have lived in the past. I hear my neighbors dogs now an then, but thats it. Other places we have lived, you could hear every step above and someone sneezing below. i hear none of that here. I personally know two of my neighbors and they both also agree while these aprartments are quite pricey, it is a great place to live.

One thing to note, I just found out that Archstone no longer owns this complex, and now it is called Park Place at Van Dorn. Different Management. I have not dealt with the new management yet, but haven't noticed any changes otherwise.
