i like location (near van dorn metro). you can hear noise like any other apartment. gates are there to look pretty, no one promised me that they were there to prevent solicitors or for my own safety. so i didnt expect that moving into the complex. if i wanted those things, id buy a house and lock my doors. maintenance is slow at times. overall though, since its brand new, it looks like a condo more than an apartment and i havent had any major complaints. the trash is on the other side of the property than my own apartment, but since im driving to it and not walking my trash, i dont see the big deal. at my previous home, i had to drag my garbage can to the curb of the street. driving my trash to the compactor is not a big deal, i think thats pure laziness if youre going to ----- about that. freaking no.va people need to stop being lazy.

It's probably a half mile for some people from their homes to the dumpster -- not bad in May but try walking it on the ice in February.
I don't see the need to call people lazy for not wanting to do that. Maybe they're just trying to let people in on the facts, or do you not want people to know what the place is really like?
